Products
What we sell, purity standards, and research use
Who are these products intended for? +

All products sold by Modern Peptide Labs are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and scientific study. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, are not approved by the FDA for any medical use, and are not dietary supplements.

Purchases are intended for licensed researchers, academic institutions, and scientific professionals operating within applicable laws and regulations.

What purity standard do your peptides meet? +

All products in our catalog are required to meet a minimum purity of ≥98% as verified by HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) from an independent third-party laboratory.

Batches that do not meet this threshold are rejected and never listed for sale. You can learn more about our full testing process on our Third-Party Testing page.

What form do the peptides come in? +

All peptides are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed, individually labeled vials. Lyophilization is the industry-standard format for research peptides as it provides maximum stability during shipping and long-term storage.

How many products do you carry and how often is the catalog updated? +

We currently offer 15+ research peptides spanning GLP peptides, recovery peptides, longevity compounds, and nootropic peptides. We regularly evaluate and add new compounds as demand and independent testing permits.

New products are only added once independent lab testing has been completed and results confirm our purity standard is met. Browse the full catalog at modernpeptidelabs.com/products.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing? +

Yes. If you represent a research institution, lab, or require larger quantities, please reach out to us at support@modernpeptidelabs.com with your requirements and we will provide a custom quote.

Third-Party Testing
How we test, what we test for, and our standards
How are your peptides tested? +

Every batch we sell is tested by an independent, certified third-party laboratory using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The lab confirms both the identity of the compound and its purity percentage before any product is listed for sale.

We do not self-certify. The testing is performed externally with no influence from Modern Peptide Labs or our manufacturers.

What does HPLC testing confirm? +

HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) is used for two things:

  • Identity verification — confirms the compound matches its reference standard, meaning it is exactly what the label says it is
  • Purity analysis — measures the target compound as a precise percentage of the total sample content

HPLC is the recognized analytical gold standard for research-grade peptide verification.

Who performs the testing? +

All testing is performed by an independent, accredited third-party laboratory with no financial relationship to Modern Peptide Labs or our suppliers. This ensures results are objective and cannot be influenced by any party with a stake in the outcome.

What happens if a batch fails testing? +

Any batch that falls below our ≥98% purity threshold or fails identity verification is rejected entirely and never listed for sale. We absorb the cost of failed batches as a non-negotiable part of our quality commitment.

Failed batches are not offered at a discount, sold through alternative channels, or used in any capacity.

Is every product and every batch tested? +

Yes — every product and every batch. Each time we receive new inventory of any product, it is treated as a new batch and submitted for independent HPLC testing before being listed. No product enters our catalog without first passing our testing requirements.

What is lot traceability and why does it matter? +

Every vial we sell is assigned a lot number that ties it to a specific manufacturing batch and its corresponding independent test results. Lot traceability means every order can be traced back to exactly which batch it came from — creating a verifiable chain of accountability from the manufacturer through testing and delivery to you.

Storage & Handling
How to store, reconstitute, and handle research peptides
How should I store peptides? +

Lyophilized peptides (as shipped) should be stored at −20°C for long-term stability. Properly stored, lyophilized peptides remain stable for up to 24 months. Keep vials away from light and humidity.

How do I reconstitute a lyophilized peptide? +

Reconstitution should be performed in a sterile laboratory environment. The standard method is to add sterile bacteriostatic water (BAC water) or sterile water for injection to the vial slowly, using a clean needle and syringe. Gently swirl — do not shake vigorously.

These instructions are for laboratory research purposes only.

How long are peptides stable after reconstitution? +

Once reconstituted, peptides should be stored in a refrigerator at 2–8°C and used within approximately 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and keep out of direct light.

Are peptides stable during shipping without refrigeration? +

Yes. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperatures for standard shipping durations. The lyophilization process specifically enables room-temperature shipping stability. Transfer to −20°C storage upon receipt for long-term preservation.

Returns & Refunds
Our return policy, refund process, and eligibility
What is your return and refund policy? +

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened, unused products in original condition. To initiate a return, email support@modernpeptidelabs.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved in advance.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund due to product integrity and research-use standards.

How long does a refund take to process? +

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 2–5 business days for funds to appear in your account after we process the refund.

What is your policy on chargebacks? +

By placing an order, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restriction, submission of transaction evidence to payment processors, and potential legal action. We maintain detailed records of all transactions.

Who pays for return shipping? +

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Modern Peptide Labs is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
