By accessing or using the Modern Peptide Labs website located at modernpeptidelabs.com ("Site") or placing an order for any product, you ("Customer," "you," or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or place an order. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Modern Peptide Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a business operating from St. Petersburg, Florida.

Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

All products sold by Modern Peptide Labs are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and scientific study purposes only. By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to all of the following:

• You will not use any product purchased from Modern Peptide Labs for human consumption, self-administration, or administration to any other person or animal.
• You understand that these products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic purpose.
• You understand that these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
• You will use all products in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• You are not purchasing these products for resale to the general public or for any use outside of legitimate laboratory research.
• You assume full responsibility and liability for any use of products purchased from Modern Peptide Labs.

Modern Peptide Labs reserves the right to refuse any order that we have reasonable grounds to believe is not for legitimate research purposes.

To place an order with Modern Peptide Labs, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be a legitimate researcher, scientist, academic, or other professional with a lawful purpose for acquiring research peptides.
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful billing and shipping information.
• Comply with all applicable laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of research compounds in your jurisdiction.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. Modern Peptide Labs reserves the right to verify eligibility and to cancel orders that do not meet our criteria.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including purity specifications, molecular data, and storage requirements. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other Site content is error-free, complete, or current. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

Order Acceptance

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance. Orders are accepted only upon successful payment processing and our confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or non-compliance with these Terms.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 30 minutes of placement. After this window, changes may not be possible as fulfillment may have begun. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, issuing a full refund for any amounts charged.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, ACH/eCheck (where available), and cryptocurrency (where offered). All transactions are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateways. We do not store full credit card information.

Fraud Prevention

We employ advanced fraud detection systems. Orders may be flagged for review based on billing/shipping mismatches, high-value orders, or other risk signals. We may require identity or billing verification before fulfilling flagged orders.

Most orders are processed and shipped within one (1) business day of confirmed payment, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after shipment
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders over $150

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Modern Peptide Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error, packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, or delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened, unused products in their original sealed condition. To initiate a return, contact us at support@modernpeptidelabs.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be pre-approved.

• Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to product integrity and research-use standards.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Non-refundable payment processing fees may apply where permitted by law.
• Products showing any indication of misuse or use outside of research purposes are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will resolve such issues with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

All content on the Modern Peptide Labs website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, and page layouts — is the exclusive property of Modern Peptide Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our express written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

Third-party test results and any related documentation published on our Site are provided for informational and verification purposes. They may not be altered, misrepresented, or used in any manner that implies endorsement of products or uses not permitted under these Terms.

Products are provided "as is" for research purposes only. Modern Peptide Labs makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any product for any particular research purpose, medical application, or commercial use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern Peptide Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of any product purchased from us
• Any reliance on information provided on our Site
• Any interruption, error, or failure of our website or services
• Any loss of data, revenue, or profits

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Modern Peptide Labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of any product purchased from Modern Peptide Labs
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Any false or misleading representation made by you in connection with your purchase
• Any use of products outside of legitimate in-vitro laboratory research

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your relationship with Modern Peptide Labs and any expiration of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our Site or products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Modern Peptide Labs.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Modern Peptide Labs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
