All transactions must be authorized and successfully processed before an order enters fulfillment. Orders with pending, declined, or unverified payments will not be shipped.

Modern Peptide Labs reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, limit quantities purchased, or restrict access to our services for any customer engaged in or suspected of fraudulent activity.

If your order is flagged by our fraud detection system, we may contact you to request one or more of the following:

• Confirmation of billing name and address
• A copy of government-issued photo identification
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., last 4 digits visible on card)
• Additional documentation at our discretion

We will contact you at the email address provided at checkout. Verification requests are typically responded to within 1–2 business days. Failure to complete the verification process within 5 business days may result in order cancellation and a full refund of any amounts charged.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have not received your order, please email support@modernpeptidelabs.com before contacting your bank. We will work to resolve legitimate concerns promptly.

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy. The following conditions apply to all refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only — no cash, check, or store credit alternatives
• Processing time is 2–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
• Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account
• Non-refundable payment processing fees may be deducted where permitted by applicable law
• Refunds will not be issued for orders that have been opened, used, or show signs of misuse

Pricing Errors

While we make every effort to display accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur. Modern Peptide Labs reserves the right to:

• Correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed
• Cancel any order placed at an incorrect price
• Issue a full refund for any amount charged in connection with a canceled order due to pricing error

If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to inform you of the correct price and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state/local tax laws. Tax amounts are displayed before final order confirmation.
